Contact me through phone, email, or my website to set up an initial consultation. I’ll return to you within 24 hours, so we can get to know each other and discuss your vision for the wedding film. During this meeting, I’ll listen to your ideas, answer any questions, and provide guidance on achieving the best results. This step is an opportunity for us to connect and ensure that we’re a good fit for each other.
Once you decide to proceed, we’ll finalize the booking with a contract and a 25% deposit. This step secures your wedding date and ensures that I’ll be available to capture your special day. I’ll also provide a detailed outline of what to expect throughout the process.
Booking
Pre-Wedding Planning
In the months leading up to your wedding, I’ll work closely with you to plan the details of the video shoot. We’ll discuss the timeline, key moments you want to capture, and any special requests you may have. This planning phase is crucial for ensuring that everything goes smoothly on the big day.
On your wedding day, I’ll be there to capture every moment, from the preparations to the ceremony, reception, and beyond. I work discreetly and professionally, ensuring that you and your guests feel comfortable while I document the day’s events. My goal is to capture the genuine emotions and beautiful moments that make your wedding unique without being intrusive or interruptive. Additionally, I use drones to capture stunning aerial footage of the surrounding area, adding a majestic perspective to your wedding memories.
Wedding Day Filming

After the wedding, the post-production process begins. I meticulously edit the footage, selecting the best moments and weaving them into a cohesive and cinematic wedding film. Depending on your package, this stage may take between eight to 12 weeks. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process, ensure the final product meets your expectations, and send the teasers and trailers for you to share while you wait.
Once the editing is complete, I’ll deliver your wedding film through a private online link. You’ll receive the full-length film and a premium video album book with highlights from your special day. You can relive the magic of your wedding day as often as you’d like and share it with loved ones.
